Richard Stone is a Chartered Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years of experience delivering over £500 million of housing, refurbishment and commercial projects. His career has been built on one simple outcome: turning chaos into control.
Working with developers and contractors, Richard helps teams bring structure to complex projects so they hold steady under pressure. His focus is practical, real world systems that protect margin, manage risk and improve delivery on site, not theory that gathers dust.
