The Launch of PCN: Our First Networking Event

Earlier this week marked the official launch of PCN – The Property Collective Network, and it was an incredible way to begin building the community we’ve been working towards.
From the moment guests arrived, there was a genuine energy in the room.

Conversations flowed naturally, introductions felt easy, and there was a clear sense that people were there to do more than simply network — they were there to connect.
That is exactly what PCN was created for.

More Than Just Networking
PCN was founded with a simple vision: to create a welcoming, inclusive space for people within the property industry — whether you are an experienced developer, landlord, tradesperson, or just starting your journey.

What stood out most on the night was the diversity of the room. A mix of backgrounds, experience levels, and expertise, all brought together by a shared interest in property and a willingness to engage.
There was no hierarchy or pressure — just genuine conversations and meaningful connections.

A Brilliant First Event
We welcomed around 50 attendees, and while the number itself was encouraging, it was the quality of the interactions that made the evening so special.
Throughout the event, the room was filled with conversation, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas. People were already discussing potential partnerships and opportunities early on in the evening — a clear sign of what this network can become.

A Strong Foundation
We were also delighted to welcome our first sponsors and founding annual members whose support is helping to shape PCN from the very beginning.

We are incredibly grateful to be building this alongside you.

As with any first event, there are always opportunities to refine and improve, and we’ll be taking everything we’ve learned to make future events even better.

However, as a starting point, we couldn’t be more pleased.

Looking Ahead
This is just the beginning for PCN.
We have a clear vision for the community we are building — one centred around support, collaboration, and genuine relationships within the property industry.

Our next event will have limited availability, with details to be released very soon.

If you joined us for our first event, thank you for being part of it.

If you couldn’t make it this time, we look forward to welcoming you soon.
